Monthly safety meetings, run for you
A COR lasts 3 years, but only if you pass an audit every year and keep your system running the whole time. One slip can cost you the audit.
We provide a monthly service that keeps you compliant and ensures you are ready for your next audit.
- Your committee, set up properly. We organize the committee and write its terms of reference.
- Every meeting, handled. We write the agenda, chair the meeting, and send the minutes to every member. The minutes are written to cover what is required by your COR audit and meet the Alberta OH&S terms of reference, such as accident investigations, unsafe conditions and work refusals.
- Your program, reviewed each month. Field level hazard assessments brought forward for sign-off. Monthly inspections of the office, shop, tools, equipment and vehicles. Unsafe conditions and near misses investigated, with root-cause analysis and corrective action.
- Training and new hires. We track the training your clients, Alberta OH&S and COR require, and go over new hire orientation with the committee.
- Updates to your safety program and manual. As your business or legislation changes, we maintain your program.
- Audit ready, every year. We work through your COR action plan from the last audit, prepare your team for the audit interview questions, connect you with an auditor, and stay on call by phone and email while the audit happens. Virtual COR audits included.
